In the early days of the church of Jerusalem, when the total number of believers ran into the thousands, they met together in groups of various sizes:
“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts (Acts 2.46).”
They would gather in larger numbers in the temple courts; and then more intimately in each other’s homes.
Our church certainly doesn’t number in the thousands, but we know the value of meeting together in smaller groups in order to more fully live out the benefits and responsibilities of Christian community.
Some people may feel threatened by the relative intimacy of smaller groups, preferring rather the anonymity of a crowd - but there is no better way to grow deeper in the Christian life than to meet regularly with a small number of other people.

How else will people get to know and value you?
-
How else will you be able to make a personal difference in someone else’s life?
-
How else will you establish long-term relationships with people who will be there for you (and vice-versa) through the good times and the bad?
So why not consider checking out one of the small groups listed below?
