Sunday Worship

Here are some of the characteristics of our Sunday morning worship service ... which starts at 10am.

1. Biblical Teaching  God gave us His Word to reveal Himself to us, and to show us how to live a life blessed by Him. That’s why we turn to it every time we meet.
2. Blended Worship  We love to worship God in ways that honor His glory and reflect our diversity. We sing great hymns of the Faith like Holy, Holy, Holy and Great is Thy Faithfulness, classic choruses like Majesty and There is a Redeemer, and more recent songs like Shout to the Lord, and Come, Now is the Time to Worship.
3. Sunday School  Our younger children stay with us until after the worship set - then they go downstairs to their own worship, story and craft time.
4. Nursery  Our nursery is available from at least 9:50am. It is located in the basement by the back alley. Nursery workers are people who have attended our church for a long time.
5. Coffee  Please join us each week after the service for a time of casual interaction over a cup of tea or coffee. Just follow everyone as they head downstairs to the basement.
6. Monthly Luncheon  On the first Sunday of the month we share a lunch of soup and buns (except during the summer). It gives us an opportunity to get to know one another more deeply. If it’s a holiday weekend, it might be a good idea to phone ahead to make sure we haven’t postponed it.
